PRS is excited to announce ARIS 1.4.0. This release adds support for multiple new platforms, as well as new follow-me and mapping capabilities to the autonomous control suite.
PRS participated in a live fire demo at the Ottawa airport. For the test, two J5 mobitily platforms were used. One was equipped with particle sensors that was used to measure the amount of carbon fibers in the air, while the other was equipped with a remote fire supporession system to actively aid in the excercise.
The ARIS software control system was on display during Ontario Drive and Gear's annual vehicle showcase, with the unveiling of multiple new robotic platforms, including the new ATLAS J6 and J8 robotic systems, and the J5 firedog. Each vehicle was running the ARIS control package, with multiple J5's showcasing the advanced autonomous capabilities.
PRS will be at the AUVSI Unmanned Systems conference in Atlanta Georgia, May 5-7, to demonstrate their ARIS control software on the J5 Mobility Platrorm. Both static and dynamic demonstrations will be performed on the trade-show grounds.
PRS successfully demontrated the J5 mobility platform and it's long range teleropation package on the Caribbean island of Martinique for banana spraying applications.
