Provectus Robotics Solutions (PRS) are industry leaders in advanced robotic system design, integration and control. The PRS team have been solving complex problems through the application of innovative robotic technologies since the mid-2000s. Beginning in 2006, at an Ottawa area company specializing in unmanned ground vehicle applications, PRS founders gained significant field experience designing and developing real-world solutions to challenging security problems. In 2010, new opportunities led to the formation of Provectus Robotics Solutions. That same year, PRS developed and delivered a family of fully autonomous perimeter security robots to clients in Israel, marking the first of many successful deployments of unmanned technology by the PRS team.
In 2011, as a member of Neptec Design Group’s Neptec Rover Team, PRS was commissioned to develop control software for the Canadian Space Agency’s Lunar Expedition Light Rover program. As part of this program, PRS retained ownership of the developed software components. This software package became the foundation for what is now PRS’ Advanced Robotic Intelligence System (ARIS) control software suite. This software package has undergone multiple development cycles over the years, has been thoroughly tested by military and industry experts, and is currently deployed and in active use in a multitude of industries around the world, establishing itself as one of the most reliable robotic software packages on the market.
